RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Frank Fools, we want you to love what you ordered! If you need to exchange your item for a different size or style, or if you’d like to return it for a credit note, please follow the guidelines below.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or cancellations. Exchanges and credit notes are the only options available.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us First:

    • Send us an email at frankfoolsindia@gmail.ccom or a WhatsApp message +919810850021 with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange, including the desired new item and style.
    • We will respond with the return address and further instructions.
  2. Prepare Your Return Package:

    • Mail the items to the address provided by our team. Ensure the items are returned with the original tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
    • Include a note with your return package indicating your order number, the item you’re returning, and your desired exchange item and style.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • The items should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with no scents such as perfume, deodorant, or detergent.
  • Ensure the items are free of make-up or tan marks.

Important Information:

  • We do not offer refunds or cancellations. Exchanges and credit notes are the only options available.
  • Altered items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.

Shipping Delays:

During festivals, pandemics, or adverse weather conditions, your shipment may be delayed. We will do our best to ensure your parcel arrives as promptly as possible.
