RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Frank Fools, we want you to love what you ordered! If you need to exchange your item for a different size or style, or if you’d like to return it for a credit note, please follow the guidelines below.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or cancellations. Exchanges and credit notes are the only options available.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us First:

    • Send us an email at frankfoolsindia@gmail.ccom or a WhatsApp message +919810850021 with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange, including the desired new item and style.
    • We will respond with the return address and further instructions.

  2. Prepare Your Return Package:

    • Mail the items to the address provided by our team. Ensure the items are returned with the original tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
    • Include a note with your return package indicating your order number, the item you’re returning, and your desired exchange item and style.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • The items should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with no scents such as perfume, deodorant, or detergent.
  • Ensure the items are free of make-up or tan marks.

Important Information:

  • We do not offer refunds or cancellations. Exchanges and credit notes are the only options available.
  • Altered items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping

At Frank Fools, we offer FREE shipping within India. Once your order is placed, it will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. While we collaborate with some of India's leading logistics companies to ensure swift delivery, please note that their coverage may vary. If your address is in an area not served by our partners, we will reach out to you to find the best possible solution to ensure your order reaches you.

Important Note: During peak seasons, festivals, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen events such as pandemics, deliveries may experience delays. Rest assured, we will make every effort to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible.

International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer International shipping.

Cash on Delivery: Cash on Delivery is available for various cities across India

Exchanges and Returns: Please note that exchanges and returns are not accepted on sale items.
